Almost every call is one of three things. Something has stopped working. Something has gone missing. Or something is changing, such as a new door, a new tenant or builders finishing up.
The list below is all of it. We have not added every service a locksmith could offer, because listing work we have not confirmed wastes your time.
If what you need is not listed, call and ask anyway. We would rather tell you it is outside what we do than take the booking and find out on site.

What we do
Six services. Everything on this list is work we carry out ourselves.
- 01Lock RepairsA stiff key, a grinding noise or a door you have to shove. These are early warnings. Most get worse.
- 02Lock ReplacementSome locks are worn out. Others work fine, but too many people have keys. Both are reasons to replace.
- 03Lockout AssistanceKeys inside, door shut. It is a common problem with a clear process. Call us and describe what you can see.
- 04Residential LocksmithAn 1890s front door and a 2019 apartment entry have little in common. We start with the door you have.
- 05Commercial LocksmithA shop door may open two hundred times a day. A front door opens six. Same lock, very different lifespan.
- 06Door HardwareThe lock is one part. The door, the frame and how you use it decide whether it actually works.

Spring-loaded stacks of two. The bottom pin reads the cut on your key. The top pin blocks the plug until the join lines up.
