Question 1

Do you work with commercial properties?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Offices, shops, retail premises, small businesses and managed properties. Locks, door hardware, repairs and replacements.

Question 2

I lease my premises. Can I arrange lock work myself?

Accepted Answer

That depends on your lease, and on the owners corporation in a shared building. Confirm it with the owner or manager before booking.

Question 3

Can you certify that our doors meet a compliance standard?

Accepted Answer

We do not make compliance or certification claims. If you have a specific obligation, raise it when you call and we will tell you where we can help.

Question 4

Our shop door hardware keeps failing. Why?

Accepted Answer

Trading doors do far more work than household doors. When the same part fails repeatedly, the cause is often the closer, the hinges or the alignment rather than the lock.
